Meeting Facilities
The Inland Northwest AGC is pleased to offer its members access to our meeting facilities free of charge.
The AGC Building features several different meeting areas to accommodate everything from classroom training, company-wide meetings and staff social events.
All members interested in utilizing a meeting space must speak with Kim Coleman at the AGC to confirm their reservation in advance. Facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Hours and Amenities
The AGC office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. However, if your group should require space outside of this timeframe, special accommodations can be made to allow you access to the building 24/7.
The AGC offers the following amenities in our meeting rooms:
- Laptop
- LCD Projectors
- Overhead Projectors
- TV/VCR/DVD
- Wireless (or wired) Internet
- Conference phone
- Coffee/Tea/Water
- Plates/Napkins/Utensils
The AGC is also happy to provide your organization with a list of local caterers for your event.
