About the CLC
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) is a key component in the AGC's, and the industry's, development of future leaders. The CLC is the link between our members future leadership and the association and strives to provide those individuals with the skills and tools they need to be successful.
In keeping with the group's mission and aligning with the goals of the AGC, CLC participants are provided with the following opportunities:
- Develop and enhance your leadership skills
- Build relationships
- Learn more about and increase involvement in the AGC
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Make an impact in the community
- Share ideas about ways to handle day-to-day business issues

The Inland Northwest AGC is proud to present the CLC Leadership series, a defining launch pad for promising construction professionals. This five-part series is a critical step in preparing your employees - or yourself - for success in future leadership roles. Participants will learn from industry-acclaimed guest speakers, take an active role in their future and that of our workforce, and earn a certificate identifying them as a capable leader of tomorrow.
The current Leadership Series runs through the end of 2024 and is sold out. The next Leadership Series will begin in 2025. Please email Chelsea Barton at chelseab@nwagc.org to register.
